These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of vssantivirus.com and the products, software licenses, and services (the “Services”) offered by VSS Antivirus, a service of Present Days LLC. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and able to enter into a binding contract to purchase or use the Services.

2. Digital delivery

All digital products, software licenses, and license keys are delivered immediately upon purchase to the email address provided at checkout. No physical products are shipped. Professional services (consultations, reviews, advisory sessions) are scheduled within 2 business days of purchase.

3. Billing descriptor

Charges from purchases made through our checkout may appear on your bank or card statement under the billing descriptor VSS Antivirus.

Unless otherwise noted, prices are in U.S. dollars. All products are one-time purchases. The price shown is the total amount charged once at checkout. There is no subscription, auto-renewal, or recurring billing.

5. One-time purchases and taxes

All products on this site are sold as one-time purchases. You are charged once at checkout and will not be enrolled in any subscription or auto-renewal. Taxes are your responsibility unless we are required by law to collect them.

6. Refund and cancellation policy

All products carry a 30-day full-refund guarantee from the date of purchase. To request a refund, email support@vssantivirus.com or call 833-633-9633.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VSS Antivirus and Present Days LLC disclaim all warranties and limit liability to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
